The 30-day comfort guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return any ACOZY object for a full refund. If it doesn't feel right in your home, it isn't the right home for it.

Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• For safety reasons, bio-ethanol fuel and opened fuel accessories are not returnable.
• Return shipping is complimentary within the continental US.

How to start a return

1. Email care@acozy.co with your order number.
2. We'll email a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any authorised carrier.
4. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for another object of equal value. Any difference in price is charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Two-year warranty

Every ACOZY object carries a 2-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear or accidental damage). We'll repair or replace at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they enter fulfillment and the return process above applies.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at care@acozy.co first. We resolve every legitimate complaint within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
