Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and DC. International shipping to the UK and EU is opening soon — join our newsletter for early access.

Processing time

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1 business day from our fulfillment partner. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: 5–8 business days anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii: 8–12 business days.

Larger objects (Horizon Umbrella) ship via freight carrier and may take 7–12 business days.

Shipping cost

Complimentary on every order, every time. No minimums.

Order tracking

You'll receive tracking automatically once your order ships. If you can't find your tracking email, check spam, or write to care@acozy.co.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the tracked delivery date and we'll replace it at no cost.
