1. Agreement
By accessing acozy.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
We do our best to display accurate colours, materials, and dimensions. Slight variations may occur due to natural materials and manufacturing tolerances. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed by email. All payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, we cover damage or loss in transit per our shipping policy.

6. Warranty & product safety
ACOZY objects carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. All fire-bearing products (Vesta) must be used per included safety instructions. ACOZY is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

All content on this site — text, imagery, brand marks — is © ACOZY and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACOZY's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
